Nine Muses

To get us off on the right foot, here are the details of some of the achievements I’m currently chasing:

Pet Collecting: I have just been given the Unhatched Jubling Egg.  Once the egg hatches, that will bring my mini-pet total to 38 of 114 possible.  Fifty is my current goal, as it will bring me a nice reward.

Mount Collecting: I finally remembered to buy all the robot chickens the last time I was near Ironforge.  This brings my mount total to 33, and I need 50 for the next achievement (and a reward).  However, I’m out of easy mounts to get.  The next ones will probably be the standard gryphons.  I’m saving for flight riding training at the moment.

Loremaster and Exploration: After finishing Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms a couple of weeks ago, I started digging into Loremaster of Kalimdor.  I’m currently at 558 of 700 quests on that achievement, with all quests done in the starting areas through to Stonetalon.  I’ve paused on Kalimdor for the time being to work on Outlands a little (hoping to maybe get some more money and get to 70 so I can do Fishing daily quests), and am currently nearly done with Zangarmarsh.  (I’m finishing the Explores at the same time that I finish the quests in a zone, so they go together.)

Holiday and PvP achievements just happen as they come.  I’m not making any real push for any of them currently.  I did manage to do all of the Brewfest meta-achievement aside from killing Direbrew.

I made Ambassador recently, so I’m not chasing any particular reputation achievements right now.  When I get closer, or need to work on one for a mount or pet, that’ll happen.

I’m a little over halfway done with Classic Dungeonmaster.  I just added Wailing Caverns, Blackfathom Depths, and Razorfen Kraul this past weekend.

I just finished up the 1500 Quests achievement this past weekend as well.

More excitingly, I received the Delicious Chocolate Cake recipe (much sought after and rare and BoE) from the Dalaran cooking daily quests, and baked a couple, earning the achievement “The Cake Is Not a Lie.”
